What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for new employees.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via ticketing systems.
- Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining a secure IT environment.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn best practices in network administration and data security.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all hardware and software assets.
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Mac OS, and web browsers).
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote).
