Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts and devices.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical queries.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with all internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn new systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic computer problems (Windows/Mac OS).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote training sessions.
