Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving common hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems.
- Document technical incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to gain hands-on technical skills.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to upgrade technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus).
- Must be willing to learn; no prior IT experience is required.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Windows, Mac, or Linux is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time in our Detroit, MI office.
