Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Assist end-users with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues related to computers, printers, and network connectivity.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and in-person to internal staff, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, software updates, and inventory management of IT equipment.
- Documentation: Accurately log technical tickets and maintain detailed records of resolved issues and resolutions.
- Training & Learning: Actively participate in weekly training sessions to expand your technical knowledge and certifications.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior professional IT experience required; however, personal experience with computers and technology is expected.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: A logical approach to troubleshooting and a proactive attitude toward finding solutions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
