Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist end-users with hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person support tickets.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system performance and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic technical support to a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.

- Hardware Setup: Assist in the deployment and configuration of new devices and workstations.

Qualifications
