Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, chat, and in-person for 500+ employees
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and peripheral devices
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic maintenance
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
