Responsibilities
- Assist customers and employees with technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems.
- Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment.

- Conduct basic network troubleshooting to ensure connectivity.
