Responsibilities
- Assist end-users with hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering technical inquiries via phone and email.
- Perform routine maintenance on office equipment and printers.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the help desk system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and office software.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote/hybrid potential).
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months.
