Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, network devices, and software applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, diagnosing root causes and implementing effective resolutions.
- Document all incidents, solutions, and procedures in our ticketing system (ServiceNow) to ensure knowledge base accuracy.
- Assist in the deployment of new devices and the management of IT inventory.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify process improvements and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- No prior professional IT experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we provide support for this).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely.
