Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor and maintain the health of local and networked computer systems.
- Log and track help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution of user issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine system backups and security patching.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
