Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user workstations and devices.
- Maintain accurate records of help desk tickets and system issues in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
