Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support: Assist customers and internal staff with hardware and software troubleshooting via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Manage Incident Tickets: Log, track, and resolve technical issues using our ticketing system efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Hardware & Software Deployment: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic connectivity issues and network configuration problems.
- Customer Education: Educate users on best practices for IT security and software usage to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with Senior Techs: Learn from experienced mentors to escalate complex issues and refine your technical skills.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and internet connectivity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot issues methodically.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and willing to work full-time hours.
