Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and technical issues in our helpdesk system.
- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical users in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify trends and improve overall system performance.
- Perform routine system backups and security checks to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
