Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop problems including OS, applications, and peripherals
- Assist with account management, password resets, and access permissions
- Document all support tickets and solutions using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Conduct periodic system updates and maintenance checks

Qualifications
