Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Monitor system performance and document IT incidents
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures

Qualifications
