Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new devices and the migration of data systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure adherence to IT security policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior professional IT experience is necessary; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
