Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ employees
- Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, network connectivity, and cloud services
- Deploy and configure hardware/software across organization
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow and Jira
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives and compliance
- Train staff on new technology implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and VPNs
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification (preferred, not required)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
