Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for 200+ employees
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems using imaging tools
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network security protocols and compliance audits
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Provide on-site technical support during office events
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to lift 20lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
