Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and software
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (VPN, LAN/WAN)
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory systems
- Collaborate with team on cybersecurity best practices
- Assist with software deployment and patch management
- Support end-users on Microsoft 365 and cloud applications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ certifications a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening
