Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux operating systems
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches and firewalls
- Document IT processes and maintain asset management databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical problems
- Implement security protocols and data backup procedures
- Support cloud services like Azure and AWS basic operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Linux command-line interfaces
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
