Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ employees across hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems with enterprise security protocols
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with daily health checks
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and troubleshooting
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability scans and patch management
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to train)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, VPNs, and network fundamentals
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting methodology with customer service mindset
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid US driver's license required for occasional site visits
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
