Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve end-user issues across desktop, mobile, and cloud platforms
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and maintenance
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on security protocols and compliance
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
