Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with server monitoring, backups, and basic security protocols
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Manage helpdesk tickets and prioritize incident resolution
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and networking concepts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
