Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems via phone, email, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop issues including OS, security software, and peripheral configurations
- Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and cloud-based authentication systems
- Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and asset inventories in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments and infrastructure projects
- Conduct regular system health checks and preventative maintenance across client environments
- Deliver user training on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Windows/macOS troubleshooting and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop solutions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose technical issues systematically
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to train)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
