Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows-based workstations and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory
- Document technical solutions using IT service management tools (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Assist with network connectivity, VPN setup, and basic security protocols
- Train employees on digital security best practices and software applications
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and maintenance projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and security principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
