Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop computers and peripherals
- Manage help desk ticketing system and respond to user requests within SLAs
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and asset inventory in company systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical issues
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Participate in system upgrades and IT infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and security principles

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
