- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop computers and peripherals

- Document technical issues and maintain support ticket logs
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license for on-site support
