Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Train end-users on security best practices and software applications
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
- Assist with server administration and cloud service management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools like ServiceNow or Jira
