Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and permissions across Windows/Active Directory environments
- Document incident tickets and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security updates
- Train end-users on software best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and security protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for common hardware/software issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
