Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS systems
- Manage help desk tickets and escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Support office equipment including printers, phones, and AV systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- CompTIA A+ certification or similar is a plus
