Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations, mobile devices, and network printers
- Manage Active Directory accounts, group policies, and software deployment via SCCM
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and licensing
- Participate in cybersecurity initiatives including patch management and vulnerability scanning
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours for system deployments
