Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop workstations and peripherals
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including patch management and access control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and system best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (willing to train)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server room environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
