Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
  • Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS systems using Active Directory and Intune
  • Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection and vulnerability scanning
  • Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team training
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and licensing
  • Support cloud migrations to Azure/AWS environments
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (not required)
