Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS systems using Active Directory and Intune
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection and vulnerability scanning
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team training
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and licensing
- Support cloud migrations to Azure/AWS environments
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (not required)
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS administration
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware deployments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
