Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues via ticketing system and direct support
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and maintenance activities
- Document IT processes, solutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and improvements
- Conduct regular system health checks and preventive maintenance
- Support cybersecurity initiatives through policy compliance and awareness training
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional off-site support
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and remote desktop tools
