Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and permissions across Active Directory environments
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate incident logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data backup systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
