Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain system performance, including servers, workstations, and cloud services
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions using ServiceNow
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and IT project implementations
- Deliver user training on new technologies and IT best practices
- Manage inventory control and asset lifecycle for IT equipment
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and enterprise networking
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver's license required for occasional equipment transport
