Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Assist with hardware installations, configurations, and maintenance
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
- Support end-user training and onboarding processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
