Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 200+ employees via ticket system, phone, and in-person
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and peripherals
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using Cisco Meraki systems
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Assist with Office 365 migrations and cloud application support
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (willing to train)
- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 20lbs for equipment installations
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional site visits
