Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets via ServiceNow with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Assist with cloud migrations to Azure/AWS environments
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on endpoint protection
- Participate in IT infrastructure audits and updates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, VPNs, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
