Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS platforms.
- Manage and prioritize IT service tickets using our ticketing system.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and system changes.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to improve internal processes and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT industry.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network connectivity.
