Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure including Windows/Linux environments
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Implement security protocols and best practices
- Manage user accounts and permissions across systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment handling
