Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and network infrastructure
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and system configurations in ITSM tools
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols, including patch management and access control
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and cloud migrations
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service orientation
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent training beneficial
- Excellent written/verbal communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
