Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Support office technology including printers, AV equipment, and VoIP systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in office environments
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for occasional site visits
