Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Document IT processes, solutions, and user interactions in ticketing systems
- Assist with network monitoring, security patches, and system backups
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and deployments
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with service desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support software
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
