Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS systems
- Manage helpdesk tickets and document resolutions in ServiceNow
- Assist with network monitoring and basic cybersecurity protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours
