Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues (Windows, macOS, Office 365)
- Manage helpdesk tickets using ServiceNow and Jira systems
- Assist with network setups, printer configurations, and security protocols
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Participate in after-hours rotation for critical systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud services (Azure/GCP)
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 20lbs for hardware maintenance
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional client visits
- Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
