  • Manage Active Directory accounts, group policies, and user permissions
  • Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise applications
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and VPNs
  • Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred, not required)
