Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across 500+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory accounts, group policies, and user permissions
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise applications
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and VPNs
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred, not required)
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and security protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional client site visits
