As an Entry-Level Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our internal employees, helping to ensure our business runs smoothly through technical assistance.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve incoming technical support tickets via phone and email.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
- Support the setup and configuration of new employee workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to identify recurring technical issues.
- Perform routine system updates and security patching under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy (experience with Windows or macOS is a plus).
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
