Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical issues and solutions in our ticketing system
- Provide on-site support for enterprise clients across Georgia
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving abilities
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (willing to train)
- Valid Georgia driver's license for client site visits
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work flexible hours including occasional weekends
