Responsibilities
- Participate in 12-week paid technical training covering networking, security, and system administration
- Provide Tier 1 support for hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network monitoring and security incident response
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Implement best practices for data backup and disaster recovery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 15 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- CompTIA A+ certification (provided upon completion)
